Under the law, if you do not have health insurance or plan to self pay and not submit to your insurance, Clegg & Guest Physical Therapy, will provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) of our costs.
- You have the right to receive a GFE for the total expected cost of services.
- You may request a GFE in advance of a scheduled service or before scheduling.
- If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your GFE, you can dispute the bill.
- Make sure to save a copy or picture of your GFE.
